FourQuarters is excited to be partnering with a leading national retailer, renowned for its quality products, trusted expertise, and strong network of passionate franchisees. As the business continues to grow and innovate, we’re excited to introduce a newly created Marketing Specialist role within a high-performing marketing team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering on the company’s growth and brand strategy. You'll provide critical support across a wide range of marketing and administrative functions to help drive customer engagement, elevate brand awareness, and support national campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Digital & Marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate integrated communications and marketing activities under the guidance of the CMO.
- Manage the national campaign calendar and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and content shoots.
- Develop clear and comprehensive briefs for creative, media, and PR agencies.
- Support the development and rollout of promotional and advertising material.
- Communicate campaign outcomes and insights with the broader Marketing team.
- Assist in organising member conferences, events, and media opportunities.
- Help update website and intranet content and assist with store opening initiatives.
- Manage supplier invoices and ensure proper processing through the CMO.
- Coordinate meeting logistics for the CMO, including agendas, minutes, and catering.
- Conduct annual store visits to identify opportunities for service improvement.
About You:
You're a proactive and organised marketing professional with strong coordination skills and an eye for detail. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy juggling multiple priorities, and love working collaboratively across teams. With a passion for retail and an understanding of what drives brand impact, you’re ready to take the next step in your marketing career.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar marketing support role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign coordination, content development, and supplier liaison.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within the retail sector or a comparable industry is highly desirable.
