In this vital role, you’ll ensure the accurate and timely implementation of investment and superannuation advice, playing a key part in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement investment and superannuation advice accurately and efficiently, ensuring all tasks are followed through to completion
- Liaise regularly with Advisers on Statement of Advice (SOA) and complex client review implementations, keeping clients and team members informed of progress
- Peer review of investment trades and cash transactions entered by team members
- Process Ongoing Fee Agreements (OFA) and related documentation, ensuring all details are up to date and accurate across systems
- Review and quality-check SOA paperwork prepared by outsourced administrators to uphold service standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within financial planning software systems
- Track and update the CommLog with fee changes and new funds under management
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a similar client service environment
- A strong understanding of investment and superannuation processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- High standards of data accuracy and compliance
- A proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service
