This is an incredible opportunity to play a key role in supporting specialist Risk Advisers and ensuring a seamless insurance experience for valued clients. You'll be at the heart of efficient operations, contributing to a team that’s known for going above and beyond in client care.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing insurance administration workflows and prioritising tasks with appropriate urgency
- Processing insurance applications and claims accurately and efficiently, keeping clients and advisers updated
- Building and maintaining relationships with underwriters and insurer partners to ensure smooth application-to-claim processes
- Overseeing ongoing insurance client servicing, including policy updates, quotes, pre-assessments, and cancellations
- Reviewing work from outsourced administrators to maintain service standards
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance through diligent use of CRM systems
- Maintaining service levels and response times to support outstanding client experiences
- Leading and contributing to projects aimed at improving internal processes and client outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in insurance administration or client services (ideally within financial services)
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency with CRM or workflow systems (experience with Fin365 a bonus)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to improve processes
