Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing insurance administration workflows and prioritising tasks with appropriate urgency
• Processing insurance applications and claims accurately and efficiently, keeping clients and advisers updated
• Building and maintaining relationships with underwriters and insurer partners to ensure smooth application-to-claim processes
• Overseeing ongoing insurance client servicing, including policy updates, quotes, pre-assessments, and cancellations
• Reviewing work from outsourced administrators to maintain service standards
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance through diligent use of CRM systems
• Maintaining service levels and response times to support outstanding client experiences
• Leading and contributing to projects aimed at improving internal processes and client outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in insurance administration or client services (ideally within financial services)
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Proficiency with CRM or workflow systems (experience with Fin365 a bonus)
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to improve processes
