About Delta Financial Group

At Delta, you’ll work closely with our CEO and Associate Adviser. You won’t be stuck in the back office — you’ll be right at the heart of every client relationship, helping deliver extensive advice across investment management, super, tax structuring, personal insurance, and more.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Client Service Manager with at least 3 years of experience in financial services and wealth management—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment. You’ll be integral in managing the full lifecycle of client experiences — from onboarding to ongoing support — while working shoulder-to-shoulder with advisers on the front line.
This role offers significant responsibility, exposure, and growth, perfect for someone ready to take their career in financial services to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Be involved in every aspect of the client journey, ensuring smooth, professional, and proactive service
Liaise directly with clients, super funds, product providers, accountants, and solicitors to coordinate advice implementation.
Own all client admin: onboarding, data management, document prep, compliance, and follow-ups.
Collaborate daily with our advisers to ensure seamless client outcomes
Track service delivery and proactively identify ways to improve client satisfaction
Support and coach junior team members within the group.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in client services within financial services and wealth management.
Strong understanding of advice implementation processes and platforms (Xplan, Microsoft etc)
Outstanding organisational and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you spot problems before they arise
Ability to prioritise and thrive in a growing, dynamic business
Relevant qualifications in financial services, business, or client management are highly regarded
