Our client is a respected and high-performing boutique investment firm with a strong track record of success. They are seeking a dedicated client services professional who thrives on building strong relationships and creating a seamless client experience to join the team.

In this pivotal support role, you’ll work closely with the Sales & Relationship Management team to enhance client engagement with direct investors and contribute to the ongoing success of the business. Typical duties include:

• Act as the main liaison for investor and adviser inquiries, handling communications via phone and email with prompt, clear, and courteous responses
• Guide clients through onboarding, applications, and redemptions, offering clear assistance throughout and escalating complex queries as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships with both current and prospective clients to enhance loyalty and engagement
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring all CRM and database information is accurate and current
• Coordinate with the fund registry daily to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely issue resolution
• Verify that all client documentation meets compliance and accuracy standards
• Support the sales process by tracking leads and following up on investor interest
• Work collaboratively across departments to align client needs with business functions

So who are you?

• An experienced client services professional from Financial Services who values relationship-building and top-tier service delivery

• A reliable individual with strong work ethic and decent tenure demonstrated in past roles.
• Experience from Investment industry preferred (Funds Management, Private Wealth etc) however other financial services experience will be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and a polished, professional approach
