Who you are

Our next Puzzler will be a communications & engagement champion who is ready and skilled to play a critical role in working with our clients to help their people prepare for, and successfully adapt to, organisational change. Working with our clients to help assist with and execute relocation and transition strategies. Our projects are diverse and multi-faceted and there is never a dull moment. What you’ll do
Communications & Engagement. Hopefully you are expecting this one…Support the development and implementation of organisational change & communication strategies and plans as part of overall business transformation programs, projects and initiatives.
Support the implementation of relocation and transition plans as part of overall business transformation programs, projects and initiatives including storage audits.
Talk to people. Work under supervision to liaise with clients and manage stakeholder engagement.
Brief and prepare people. Support the design and development of change communications, training plans and workshops.
Do it right, do it once. Assist with defining and measuring change success metrics, conducting impact analyses, assessing employee and business change readiness and identifying key stakeholders to evaluate and ensure user readiness. Contribute to the identification and quantification of project benefits.
· Admin stuff. Assist with office administration and support tasks.
Check, reflect, adapt, repeat. Provide input into the way that Puzzle tailors and delivers exceptional change & communications support for our clients. We are constantly learning and evolving the way we approach organisational change, the tools we use and our framework.

What you’ll be
A Curious Cat. We are looking for someone with insatiable curiosity about the workplace and how to make it a better place.
Accredited. We get excited about demonstrated capability in things like event management, Prosci, Prince2, Design Thinking, change methodologies and communication.
Ideally, we’d like someone with qualifications in a relevant field (Change Management, Communications etc) or with experience under your belt.
A Lifetime Learner. If you are looking to grow your change & communications career and learn from the best in the business, then this job is for you. Get in, get your fingers dirty and learn a heap along the way.
Someone who likes people. Introvert, extrovert, ambivert we don’t care but you need to have an excellent ability to engage with people and build highly effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
Communicator Extraordinaire. We value great, effective communicators. The role will involve facilitating workshops, supporting briefing sessions and writing. A lot. You will need to demonstrate excellence in this area.
A Multi-Tasker. This is not the job for a one-trick pony. We need someone with the ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously across several locations throughout Australia.
A Tech Titan. We work flexibly and very collaboratively. MS Teams, O365, and various design and presentation tools are important.
· A Self-Starter. This role is for someone who is happy in their own company and who can be trusted to work remotely with limited supervision.
A Princess. Actually, no. Our team needs people who will get involved in anything and everything and there may be weekend and after hours work from time to time. So, no princesses need apply.
