HR Partners is excited to be representing a global FMCG household. This exciting HRBP roles in NSW will support their critical business functions and be multisite based in Western Sydney offering hybrid/flexible work.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to align HR outcomes with business goals.
• Provide expert HR advice and coaching on all people-related matters.
• Offer thought leadership in talent, performance, IR/ER, reward, change, and D&I.
• Develop HR solutions for business challenges with Centers of Expertise.
• Support IR negotiations and strategy.
• Manage complex ER issues and ensure compliance.
• Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Lead and support change management initiatives.
• Support the digitisation of HR processes.
• Implement strategies to improve gender participation and diversity.

To be successful in this position, you have/be:

• Proven experience in a similar role ideally within FMCG or suppply chain or similar blue collar and unionised industries.
• Strong business partnering skills and the ability to act as a trusted adviser
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and relevant legislation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cultural change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with influencing business leaders, stakeholders and implementing a strategy.
