Description

Reporting into the Head of HR for ANZ, this role will act as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner across the full employee lifecycle. Supporting approximately 250 employees across retail and corporate functions, the People Partner will:

Deliver 360° HR support to retail and corporate teams

Coach and advise managers on performance, engagement, and ER/IR matters

Lead end-to-end recruitment and support workforce planning

Assist in driving a performance-led culture, with particular focus on managing top and bottom performers

Oversee HR compliance and ensure policies reflect legislative and organisational changes

Support payroll coordination and employment contract processes with internal teams

Collaborate with sister luxury brands on regional HR initiatives

Partner with APAC stakeholders and internal global teams to align people strategy with commercial outcomes

Profile

We're seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and a proven track record partnering with retail or hospitality organisations. The ideal candidate will bring:

5+ years' experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles

Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence coaching managers

Experience supporting multi-site retail or consumer-facing teams or hospitality sectors only

• Salary $130k to $145k base + super
