We are a boutique Skin & Laser Clinic in Pascoe Vale, known for delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional client care. We are currently seeking 1–2 experienced therapists who are looking to step away from the treatment room and take on a Reception/Front of House role during evenings and Saturdays.

This is a perfect opportunity for a qualified therapist who wants to stay in the industry, but is ready to transition into a more client-facing, front-of-house position.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in providing a warm, professional, and knowledgeable welcome. You’ll be responsible for reception duties, client bookings, managing enquiries, and offering product or treatment advice when needed. While this role is primarily reception-based, we are looking for someone flexible—able to jump in for occasional treatments or help during staff breaks or sick days.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Dermal, Skin, or Laser Therapist

Warm, professional manner with exceptional customer service skills

Confident in advising clients on skincare products and treatment plans

Highly reliable and trustworthy

Flexible and happy to assist with treatments when required

Immaculate grooming and presentation

Available evenings (Mon–Fri - approx. 3:00pm–8:30pm) and Saturdays (9:30am–3:00pm)
