About the role

Glam Beauty Bar & Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team in our Moonee Ponds, VIC 3039 beauty and skin clinic . In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty treatments to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, peels, tanning, brow & lash services, full body waxing (including Brazilian), and makeup application

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a relaxing experience for all clients

Advise clients on the best beauty products and treatments to meet their individual needs

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained

Assist with social media content

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the salon, clients and personal performance

Knowledge and education about skincare, homecare and skin treatment advice

Trained in Timely

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 - 3 years in industry experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist (Diploma)

Casual employment to begin with: Starting 3 x per week

Knowledge of Sothys or Dr Spiller is preferred but not essential

Extensive knowledge of the latest beauty treatments, trends, and techniques

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A passion for the beauty and skin industry and a commitment to continuous learning

Must hold a qualification in the beauty industry to be successful (Diploma or Cert 4)

This role is for an immediate start
