ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Therapist at The Skin Boutique, you will:

Conduct skin consultations using advanced equipment (Observ520)

Create customized skincare plans with premium products; Lira Clinical & iS Clinical

Perform skin and laser treatments, including BBL, Skin Needling, Advanced Peels, Laser Genesis, HydraFacial.

Provide long lasting Laser Hair Removal using our Cynosure Elite Plus.

Deliver exceptional client experiences and recommend treatments/products.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

For Skin & Laser Therapists: Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

For Dermal Therapists: Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or Graduate Diploma in Dermal Science or currently studying.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of skin concerns, treatment protocols, and skincare ingredients.

Ability to assess skin conditions and tailor treatment plans for optimal client results.

Proven experience performing a range of skin and laser treatments, including chemical peels, laser hair removal, skin needling, LED therapy, and advanced facials.

Client & Recommendation Skills:

Confidence in conducting professional consultations, explaining treatment benefits, and making personalized recommendations.

Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care.

Comfortable achieving individual KPI's (training provided).

Professionalism & Performance:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a premium client experience-focused approach.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Passion for continued education and staying up to date with industry advancements
