Skinologie is one of Melbourne’s premier skin rejuvenation clinics, dedicated to enhancing the appearance, health, and vitality of our clients' skin. Under the expert direction of Dr. Ceylan Yilmaz, our highly experienced team of Dermal Clinicians and Registered Nurses delivers personalised, cutting-edge treatments in a welcoming and professional environment.

We are now seeking a confident, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our warm and dynamic team.

As the “face of our Clinic”, it is essential that you have a warm, professional demeanour, as you will be greeting our clients both in person and over the phone.

To be successful for this role it is essential that you have a background in the medical industry (e.g. Doctor, Physio, Osteopath etc.) in order to manage our bookings.

About the Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients – ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and informed from the moment they arrive. You'll also play a vital role in the smooth running of daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet patients and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Provide high-level support to Dr. Yilmaz throughout the day.
• Manage phone and email enquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Oversee retail and professional stock ordering.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and forms.
• Process payments and use POS systems.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Contribute to the clinic’s social media presence by creating engaging posts and stories.

About You:

• Friendly, polished, and professional communication style.
• Highly organised and able to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong computer and tech skills – quick to learn clinic software.
• Previous experience in a medical, skin or cosmetic clinic environment is essential.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work Saturdays.
