Aesthetic Avenue, a nurse-led cosmetic injectables clinic in the heart of Ascot Vale, is seeking a skilled and motivated Dermal Therapist to join our growing team on a casual basis (2–3 days per week), with the opportunity to build toward part-time or full-time hours.

Aesthetic Avenue specialises in non-surgical cosmetic enhancements and injectable skin treatments. We operate in a calm, boutique environment with just two treatment rooms, allowing for a personalised, high-touch experience for our clients. You’ll work closely with our Registered Nurse, gaining support and collaboration in a team that values both clinical results and client relationships.

About the Role

As our new Dermal Therapist, you’ll have the autonomy to take the lead on skin treatments, while being part of a small, supportive team. You’ll be responsible for skin consultations, in-depth skin analysis, and delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments.

Treatments include:

Skin analysis and customised treatment planning

Skin needling

Enzyme peels and facials

Lymphatic therapy

LED Light Therapy

Microdermabrasion and hydrodermabrasion

TCA peels

You’ll be working with premium professional product lines including:
O Cosmedics, BioRePeel, Inskin Cosmedics, and Imbibe.

What We’re Looking For

Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (minimum)

Advanced Diploma in Dermal Science (highly regarded)

Prior clinical experience in advanced skin treatments (essential)

Strong understanding of skin conditions, treatment modalities, and consultation processes

Must be available for some evening shifts within a flexible roster

Commitment to maintaining a clean, organised treatment space

Interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in skin therapy

Ability to work both collaboratively with our nurse and independently

Social media savvy – comfortable contributing to content or showcasing your work

Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic

Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships to encourage loyalty and results
