About the role:

• Oversee daily operations of a high-volume, premium coastal restaurant with elevated service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a passionate front-of-house team with a focus on structure, training, and accountability.
• Drive performance through hands-on service, consistent leadership, and a strong presence on the floor.
• Collaborate with senior operators to implement and refine systems across service, staffing, and stock control.
• Take ownership of financial performance, including COGS, labour management, and forecasting.
• Help shape the culture and guest journey in a venue with aspirations for industry recognition.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar in a premium or hatted dining environment.
• Skilled in managing high-volume service while maintaining professionalism and guest focus.
• Strong understanding of front-of-house systems, team development, and financial KPIs.
• Able to review, adapt and implement SOPs, SoS and staff training matrix
• Calm and confident under pressure, with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about food, wine, and delivering polished guest experiences.
• Candidates must already reside in Australia and have full working rights - sponsorship is not available.
