We're looking for a skilled Site Manager to join a well regarded and successful commercial building team.
The project pipeline includes largescale industrial projects up to $30M in Brisbane and surrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and scheduling
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with WHS, QA, and building standards
• Track progress against programme and report to the PM
• Maintain site records and oversee on-site documentation
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and client reps

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing new-build industrial projects (ideally $10M–$25M+)
• Ability to lead a team and drive programme outcomes
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• White Card, First Aid, and relevant industry tickets
• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction preferred
