The role:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Community Services Coordinator to provide vital administrative support across our Community Services team. In this diverse role, you’ll coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, assist with developing support plans, and help oversee the assessment process for people seeking services with Gateways.

What will you bring?

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Confidence using client management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities and contributing to a values-driven organisation

• NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
• NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
• Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
