Mayflower Brighton is currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and caring Service Coordinator to join our Environmental Services (Cleaning & Laundry) team. Available on a Part Time basis, 60Hrs per fortnight.

Roles and Work times can be discussed at phone screening.

About the role:

Location –Based at our Brighton Site

Assist with establishing and maintaining quality control measures for Essential Services as well as Proactive and Reactive Services across all facilities.

Collate and prepare quarterly Compliance Reports to Company Secretary for Board presentation.

Provide administrative support, including attending to email enquiries and incoming calls;

Identify, lead and coordinate initiatives that promote increased efficiencies within the Maintenance Services across all sites.;

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent communication and time management skills.

High attention to detail.

Strong customer service focus.

Previous experience in administration and/or customer service

The ability to work with limited supervision whilst being an effective team member.

The ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check Number (aged care or vulnerable people specific).
