Associate / Senior Associate – Commercial, Property & Estates

Join a well-regarded Doyles recommended boutique firm offering a diverse mix of commercial, property, and estate matters. This is a great opportunity for a senior lawyer who enjoys both transactional work and litigation, and is looking to be part of a close-knit, genuinely collaborative team.

About the Role
You'll work across a broad range of matters, including:

Commercial & Property Law
• Acting on large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial developments 🏗️
• Handling business, share, and property sales and acquisitions
• Drafting and advising on Retail and Commercial Leases, and licensing arrangements
• Advising on strata matters for Owners Corporations and individuals
• Running commercial and property litigation matters (building & construction, corporate disputes, debt recovery)

Wills & Estates
• Drafting and updating wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
• Advising on estate disputes and preparing settlement documentation
• Working closely with the Practice Group Leader on family provision claims, equitable matters, and estate administration

About You
• 5+ years PAE (flexible) in commercial and/or property law
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach 🗣️
• Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team dynamic
• Looking to grow your career in a well-rounded, stable firm
