About the position:

Our client is looking for a Senior Associate-level Commercial Lawyer with deep experience across commercial transactions, ideally with strong IT and IP capabilities. You’ll be advising innovative clients on tech-related contracts, software licensing, SaaS agreements, privacy/GDPR compliance, and IP strategy.

This is a role for a strategic thinker who enjoys getting close to clients and solving their commercial problems, not just drafting documents. You’ll work in a collaborative, smart, and approachable team that delivers real impact.

This position is primarily advisory and transactional – not litigation – and would suit a lawyer who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced industries like tech, creative, and digital.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ PQE, ideally 6–10, with commercial law experience
• Demonstrated expertise in IT contracts, IP licensing, or privacy law
• Excellent client communication and commercial acumen
• Passion for working with innovative, values-driven businesses
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
