The Role

Due to growth, they are seeking to add an experienced Property Lawyer to their expanding property team. The role will be varied and involve all aspects of Property Law including commercial and industrial sales and acquisitions, leasing, property development, due diligences, property title and easements and more.

To be successful you will have the following experience:

• 4 years plus pae gained from a reputable law firm. More senior lawyers are also strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience with commercial properties, leasing, major developments
• Ability to foster strong relationships with clients
• Ability to think outside the square and have a commercial approach(not just be a black letter lawyer)
