One of Australia's leading Mechanical contractors with a strong track record for delivering a range of projects across commercial, healthcare & education space. An opportunity has emerged to join their Estimating department, working across major D&C projects valued from $10 million +

Position
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will work across a client base that includes both Tier I & II builders and directly for the end-user. The position will focus across projects valued from $10 million and upwards as the company continues their growth in SE QLD.
A major aspect of the role will be on the front-end, where you will liaise with key clients & stakeholders, pursuing opportunities for the group with a mix of both new and existing clients.
The role will also involve preparing tender proposals, take-offers, liaising with suppliers & subcontractors but the group are happy to train individuals up within the estimation elements of the position.

You
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 6 years' worth of HVAC Estimation experience within the mechanical contractor space. You will have prior working knowledge of Australian standards & codes and previous experience in a client facing position. Strong written & verbal communication skills is an absolute must for this role.
