About the Role
The role of the Service Desk Officer is to maintain and support staff in the use of computer hardware and software, telephony and peripheral devices across multiple campuses, responding to and resolving service requests in a timely manner.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in providing support and advisory services to ICT clients in a distributed environment with the ability to provide a task planning and fault resolution service with a networked computing environment.
