The role
- Lead and mentor a team of Service Desk Analysts
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Provide hands-on technical support across Windows Desktop & Server, Office 365, virtualisation, storage, and networking
- Drive service improvements and maintain IT best practices
Your skills and experience
- Strong technical expertise in Windows environments, Office 365, virtualisation, storage, and networking
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior service desk role
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
