The Role
As Finance Manager, you'll lead the month-end close and financial control for leasing activities, manage reporting packs, and play a pivotal role in process improvement and team leadership. Working alongside a high-performing finance team, you’ll ensure accuracy, compliance and commercial insight into one of the business’s most critical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end close processes including lease accounting, accruals, journals, and financial reporting

Provide insightful analysis on leasing P&L results vs forecast, identifying risks and opportunities

Develop a deep understanding of lease data in the system, troubleshooting discrepancies and driving resolution

Lead improvements in internal processes, governance and compliance with accounting standards and policies

Support audit readiness and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders

Coach and develop team members within the lease accounting function, fostering collaboration and growth

About You

CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in financial control or month-end delivery roles

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, especially lease accounting (AASB 16)

Proven ability to lead processes, engage stakeholders and improve controls

Experience working in large, complex organizations or infrastructure environments is advantageous

Available immediately or at short notice
