Our client a large NSW government agency is looking for a Project Manager with experience in Capital works change projects. Specifically with accommodation planning and spatial services experience. The role is initially for a five month period but there may be opportunities to have this extended.

Within this role you will be expected to carry out these key responsibilities listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and refurbishment projects

Procure and coordinate consultants and contractors

Oversee design development, delivery, and commissioning phases

Lead spatial mapping and master accommodation planning

Support change management and service transition processes

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in facility or accommodation planning

Strong project management background in infrastructure or capital works

Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and project documentation

Familiarity with spatial planning tools and methodologies
