Salary Package: $70ph-$75ph + Super

Role Overview
Reporting into Executive Manager, this Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for driving and supporting successful business outcomes through the development of detailed analytical reports, dashboards, and data models that provided clear visibility into performance metrics.
You will need to leveraged complex data sets to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations, enabling leaders to make informed business decisions.
Working closely with stakeholders across departments, you will need to identified improvement opportunities, implemented strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and supported the delivery of key business initiatives while serving as a technical expert, contributing to multiple projects, ensuring timely deployment of new applications, and maintaining compliance with the organisations policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop detailed analytical reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business performance metrics.
- Manipulate and interpret complex data sets to deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain analytical data sets to monitor and drive improvements in business performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement data models that support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Serve as a technical expert, providing analytical support across multiple departments.
- Leverage analytics to inform and influence strategic, value-driven business decisions.
- Lead and contribute to multiple projects, ensuring effective and timely delivery of business solutions.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new applications to meet business needs.
- Conduct investigations, develop reports, and present findings with recommendations to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Atleast 5 years of experience in an analyst role
- Worked in complex businesses where you have an understanding of costs analysis and FTE
- CA/CPA qualification is preferred
- Stakeholder management experience and good communication skills
