As a Delivery Optimisation Lead, you’ll work alongside an experienced Manager to help deliver some of the country’s most significant infrastructure programs. Your contribution will ensure projects are well-governed, efficiently run, and aligned with strategic goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping steer the successful delivery of billion-dollar programs while keeping safety and governance at the forefront
• Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure project timelines, data inputs, and milestones are all on track
• Supporting business-as-usual teams to keep project and maintenance pipelines accurate, timely, and in line with standard processes
• Taking the lead on medium-term strategic resource planning, ensuring the right people are in place for upcoming work streams
• Looking for smarter ways of working—identifying improvements that boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Contributing to key reporting and tracking of project performance
• Supporting proactive risk and cost management across programs
