About the Role (Computer Network and Systems Engineer - ICT Officer) *(Cover Letter Required)

Seeking an (ICT officer) to join our team. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate. On-Site parking Provided.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ICT equipment, including PCs, laptops, printers, servers, firewalls, routers, network switches, telecommunication equipment, and wireless devices, in accordance with company standards.

Monitor, manage, and maintain server infrastructure and associated data management systems to ensure reliable and secure operations.

Provide day-to-day operational ICT Support, including user assistance for data storage, network access, system backups, and recovery processes.

Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation for all ICT assets, including configurations, maintenance schedules, issue logs, upgrade histories, and resolution records.

Maintain the ICT asset lifecycle – from acquisition and installation through maintenance and eventual decommissioning – while ensuring system compatibility and cost-efficiency.

Deliver Technical Support, responding promptly to user inquiries and minimizing operational disruptions through efficient troubleshooting

Required Qualifications / Industry Specific Skills:
