The Role:

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of automatic door systems in Australia.

This role is perfect for a sales-focused leader who will oversee the NSW team (Sales & Technicians) and develop a sales strategy aimed at driving long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quotes for projects within the specified margin range
• Drive sales and consistently exceed targets
• Secure projects to meet the Installation budget
• Manage and support the Sales Engineer and 2 Technicians
• Build and enhance the brand presence within the Adelaide market
• Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Oversee scheduling and delivery of projects
• Offer direction and feedback to technicians on project quality and service
• Conduct inventory analysis and manage ordering
• Report regularly to management on team progress

Criteria:

• Proven experience in building, managing, and directing a sales team is essential
• Previous experience in the automatic door or related industry is highly desirable
• Experience in selling to large builders/fabricators is advantageous
• Strong drive to succeed and exceed targets
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a small organization
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A strong commitment to safety standards and practices
