Our client, a well respected not for profit aged care provider, has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Manager in residential aged care!

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to relocate to a beautiful town in the Shoalhaven region of NSW.

This picturesque town located just 2 hours from Sydney and 30 minutes from Wollongong offers beautiful beaches, local wineries, weekend markets and a friendly, close-knit community. This offers an opportunity to have a more relaxed lifestyle, while still being close to all essential ammenities.

About the opportunity:

• Permanent, full-time opportunity. Monday - Friday.
• Support a small home with excellent internal structure.
• Salary: $125k + super + salary packaging. Relocation package also provided for successful candidate.
• Management experience preferred but strong step-up RNs looking to progress welcome to apply.
• This home is fully accredited until 2028.

Role essentials:

• AHPRA Registration.
• Full working rights within Australia.
• Residential Aged Care experience in Australia.
• Sound clinical, quality and governance knowledge in aged care.
• Management experience in RAC highly valued.
