About the role:
We are building our team for Morena's new breakfast menu. These hands-on roles are perfect for anyone looking for development and ready to take the next step in their career. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and develop your managerial capabilities.
The key responsibilities of this role are working in a busy breakfast kitchen, with a focus on a quick and well prepared breakfast menu.
About you:
This is the perfect role for someone looking to grow, someone who will relish the opportunity to help build a team, and establish a respectful working environment.
The perfect candidate will lead by example, be professional, and have excellent organisational and communication skills. They should be willing to coach and mentor junior team members, and work with senior Chefs and front of house managers to deliver a top class dining experience.
You should have a strong desire to improve your people management skills, and have a sound understanding of OHS and WHS regulations. You will offer quality and consistency throughout every service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
