Citadines on Walker, North Sydney, now seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join the Maintenance team as Maintenance Officer. This full-time role will report to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with other departments.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Perform routine maintenance operations while ensuring productivity, safety, and control.

Liaise with the Maintenance Manager on maintenance issues, brand, operating, and service standards.

Work closely with the Guest Service team to address maintenance requests efficiently and improve service levels.

Attend emergency breakdowns as needed.

Ensure compliance with OHS, maintenance, and operating procedures.

Maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Meet statutory requirements and company reporting deadlines.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Represent the company professionally in internal and industry-related functions when required.

Ideally, you must have the following:

Experience in a similar role/capacity. i.e., hotels, accommodation.

Technical and manual skills to ensure maintenance standards are operating to their highest level.

Ability to prioritise multiple task requests and work autonomously.

High attention to detail, exceptional time management, and multitasking ability.

Strong communication skills.
