THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a talented Project Engineer to join our team, FIFO (fly in/fly out) as required x Perth Western Australia.

Reporting to our Principal Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering your expertise, insight and project management support for a diverse range of clients and projects including:

Mining infrastructure;

Transport infrastructure;

Earthworks; Levees, tailings dams

Contract mining.

ABOUT YOU

A Bachelor of Engineering, Civil (or equivalent)

Minimum five (5) years of demonstrable post-graduate, ‘hands-on’, site-based project experience

Intermediate to proficient (advanced is desirable) understanding and use of several systems including AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Expert Estimation, Primavera P6 and various survey software applications.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Your role is critical to the Project's success, and your day-to-day tasks include (and are not limited to):

Implementing and reviewing project management plans;

Tracking site and project costs;

Managing HSEQ and reports;

Drafting methodologies;

Managing site operations;

Preparing daily site reports;

Implementing quality assurance/control and other OHS tasks;

Assisting with set out and surveying; and

Supporting geotechnical testing.
