As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities:

Working as part of a small team and reporting to the General Manager, your key responsiblities will include but not limited to;

• Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to manage inventory and fulfil customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer records, providing exceptional service and support.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to inform business strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.

The Candidate:

The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes:

• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, the Automotive industry would be ideal
• Ability to multitask with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SAP software will be a distinct advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
