We’re Nina, a vibey little spot in the heart of Adelaide slinging great food, killer cocktails, and good energy. Our small but mighty team is on the hunt for a Shift Supervisor / Bar Manager who can keep the good times rolling (and the bar stocked).

The gig:

Casual position, 20+ hours/week

Running the floor like a legend

Owning the bar like it’s your name on the liquor license

Leading a fun, close-knit team without turning into a dictator

Making sure guests are vibing and glasses are never empty

You’ll need:

Responsible Person (RP) badge (don’t rock up without it)

Experience running a bar and managing shifts

Chill under pressure, but not too chill (you still have to do stuff)

A sense of humour, basic human empathy, and the ability to handle hospo chaos like a boss
