Clinical Manager – Aged Care

We are partnering with a respected aged care provider to recruit a passionate Registered Nurse to take on a key Clinical Leadership role at a fully-accredited facility on Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
The Opportunity:

• Permanent, full-time position – Monday to Friday
• Medium-sized, fully accredited facility (3-year accreditation in place!)
• Work closely with an experienced Facility Manager
• Lead a dedicated care team in a supportive, well-structured environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality care for all residents
• Lead, mentor, and support care staff, ensuring compliance with aged care standards
• Develop and review individualised care plans with residents, families, and clinicians
• Monitor clinical risk and respond swiftly to changing care needs
• Foster a positive, respectful, and person-focused environment

What You’ll Need:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• 3–5 years of post-registration nursing experience
• Solid background in residential aged care (essential) unfortunately for this position we can’t accept applications from community and hospital backgrounds
• Full working rights in Australia
