As a Customer Support Specialist at Zenith Payments, you will provide exceptional support to our clients. This role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving payment processing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with the customer support team to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.
Balmain Location. 4 days in office.

Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processing and account management.
- Provide detailed information and guidance on the features and benefits of Zenith Payments' solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer support and payment processing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
