About the Opportunity

The QTU is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Records Officer to join our friendly team in Milton.

What you'll do:

Manage incoming and outgoing emails (reviewing, forwarding, classifying, and registering).

Become a document and information retrieval master!

Assist colleagues with SaaS (Software as a Service) functions.

Help prepare reports and manage existing paper member records.

What you'll bring:

Experience in records management, especially with electronic records software.

Ideally you will have managed a busy email inbox.

Advanced communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment.

A keen eye for detail and a talent for accurate data entry.

Discretion and diplomacy to handle confidential information.
