Senior Customer Service Representative

What you’ll do:

Coordinate and book surgical consignments for cases, ensuring the right gear is in the right place, at the right time.

Liaise with hospitals, sales reps, and internal teams - keeping everyone in the loop and everything on track.

Own the details - accurate records, clear communication, and follow-ups that don’t slip through the cracks.

Create and manage invoices - ensuring accuracy and keeping the numbers in check.

What you’ll need:

2+ years in a customer service / co-ordinator role (bonus points if you’ve been in healthcare, pharma, or medical).

The ability to juggle, multitask, and prioritise without breaking a sweat.

An eye for detail - because the small things matter.

Clear, confident communication - both written and verbal.

Tech savvy - you know your way around a computer, and you’re not afraid to learn new systems.
