The Role

We are seeking a talented Service Desk Analyst to join our clients service delivery team. With new offices in Macquarie and recent growth within the business, the requirement for extra hands-on deck has become a priority.

Responsibilities

• Strong Experience in audio visual equipment;
• SCCM administration;
• Active Directory and Group Policy management;
• Documenting processes, creating guides, and training the support team;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
• Extensive customer service experience;
• Knowledge of Entra/Active Directory and advanced O365 functionalities; and
• ITIL qualifications or relevant experience.
