At iKare, we support individuals living with disabilities to navigate the NDIS system, connect with services, and achieve their goals.
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Support Coordinator to join our growing team. If you're a problem-solver, action-taker, and passionate advocate, this role is for you!

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans
Link individuals to the right NDIS and mainstream services
Build participant capacity and confidence to manage their supports
Monitor service quality and ensure great outcomes
Complete reports and documentation in line with NDIS standards
Advocate for participant rights and choices
Work autonomously, while staying connected with a supportive team

🧠 What You’ll Need

· Diploma in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, or similar

· 3–4 years in NDIS, case management, or disability services

· Strong knowledge of NDIS plans, funding, and service systems

· A self-starter attitude – proactive, organised & solutions-focused

· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

· Driver’s License & reliable transport
