Organise internal referrals and keep track of any appointment cancellations.

Work with the Admin Assistant to make sure Service Agreements are properly recorded and that support is delivered as planned.

Pass on important information to the relevant leadership team (e.g. Clinical Manager, Family Services Lead, Team Leads, or General Manager) to support smooth service delivery.

Keep accurate records and provide monthly reports to the General Manager, including details on referrals, new clients, plan renewals, discharges, and other key data.
