What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow a portfolio of interesting and engaging family groups

Deliver exceptional service and strategic advice across tax, compliance, and advisory

Lead and mentor junior team members as your client base expands

Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and business development strategies

Collaborate with partners on improving systems and service offerings

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing clients in an accounting or business advisory role

7+ years of accounting experience

CA/CPA/IPA qualified (or equivalent)

Commercial acumen and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

Strong leadership and client relationship skills

Desire to be part of a high-performance, growth-focused team
