ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Work closely with the Principal (who is active in sales) to oversee day-to-day team management
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor agents in line with business growth
• Be a go-to expert in legislation and compliance across QLD real estate practices
• Manage team performance, goal setting, and support without carrying your own listings
• Collaborate with our remote admin (in training), contracts coordinator, and in-house marketing professional

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in a real estate sales leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of Queensland property legislation
• A natural team builder and recruiter who can lead with balance and professionalism
• Highly organised, clear communicator, and ready to drive team accountability
• Licensed or certified to manage in QLD
