A dynamic and design-focused studio is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join their commercial team. Known for delivering high-quality workplace, retail and mixed-use developments, this collaborative practice offers the chance to take the lead on well-resolved commercial projects, working closely with Directors and junior team members alike. This is a full-time permanent role, perfect for someone who enjoys balancing design thinking with project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial projects from early concept through to completion

Collaborate with clients and consultants to deliver cohesive outcomes

Mentor junior staff and contribute to design reviews

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

Apply sound knowledge of building codes and commercial project constraints

Skills & Experience

Registration as an Architect in Australia

8+ years’ post-grad experience with a strong commercial portfolio

Proven ability to manage and lead design and documentation stages

Excellent Revit proficiency and documentation skills

Strong communication and team leadership abilities
