Description

As a Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will work closely with the General Counsel and key executive stakeholders, providing pragmatic and solutions-focused legal advice to enable commercial decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping the legal and risk frameworks while directly supporting business operations in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise internal stakeholders on a wide range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal matters,
• Draft, negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships,
• Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical mitigation strategies,
• Support cross-functional initiatives including procurement, IP, data privacy, and operational compliance,
• Engage and manage external counsel as required,
• Contribute to internal legal processes, policies, and governance frameworks,

Profile

• 5-8 years' post-qualification experience, with strong grounding in commercial or corporate law,
• Experience gained in a leading in-house legal team, background in a top-tier law firm will also be regarded,
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performing, and evolving environment,
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent judgement, and confident communication skills,
• A proactive and ambitious mindset with a collaborative, can-do attitude,
• Resilient, solutions-focused, and thrives under pressure,
