This innovative top-tier National Architecture practice works across an array of projects covering commercial, mixed-use, health, multi-res and public projects. If you're a Graduate of Architecture / Architect with experience leading large-scale complex teams, then this is the opportunity for you to work on iconic projects and with a practice that has a renowned industry standing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale multi-res, commercial, hotel & mixed-use projects

Work in a hands-on capacity in Revit (preferable) whilst reviewing the teams drawings

Work across programming and financials of the project

Validate and develop project and construction schedules

Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

Provide oversight and document construction progress to ensure milestones are met

Skills & Experience

Masters Degree qualification in Architecture

Current Victorian ARBV Registration preferred but not essential

Min. 3-7 years experience, including leading the delivery of projects

Revit proficiency

Solid all-rounder abilities

Extensive technical, construction, and detailing knowledge

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Ability to motivate others and lead a team
