We’re looking for star baristas to join our team! Baristas who are not only passionate about all things coffee but also about great customer service!

We’re looking for experienced baristas who:

• can manage the coffee machine solo (approx 5kg/day)

• can pour a great coffee and able to texture milk for latter art

• are available part time, 2-4 shifts a week (depending on availability) on a monthly roster

• can function in the early hours with shifts starting from 6:00am

• can commit to weekday & weekend shifts

• has a positive vibe, focused on great customer service

• keen to be part of a small family business, where we all wear multiple hats to get the job done.

We are a busy bakery known for high quality pastries and sourdough and have a strong coffee following serving The Little Marionette. We make and bake all our food offerings which has seen us become a local favourite with a queue out our door most days. Think city vibes buzz in a beautiful town.
