About the role

We are looking for an experienced front-of-house and barista to join our dynamic team at H&H Catering in Avoca Beach, NSW. This is a casual role approx 40 hrs per week, with the potential for full time, where you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

What you'll be doing

Barista/ coffee making / cold drinks

Supervising staff

Cash reconciliation

Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate order entry and timely service

Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers' satisfaction

Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer queries or concern

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a similar front of house and barista role in the hospitality industry

Previous management experience an advantage

A warm, friendly and customer-focused approach

Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
