Senior Quantity Surveyors

Key Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

Minimum 8 years’ experience in quantity surveying, including estimating experience in mining and/or infrastructure projects

Heavy Industrial or large scale commercial experience is also of interest

Strong skills in cost planning, measurement, contract management, and leadership

Deep understanding of construction materials, pricing, and industry standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Estimating Software

Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical, organisational, and strategic planning abilities

A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to collaboration

Intermediate Quantity Surveyors

Key Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

5+ Years of experience in infrastructure, heavy industrial and/or mining sectors

Estimating experience is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Estimating Software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively

Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

A collaborative and supportive team player
